This software is easy to use and tracks exactly what I needed. Very easy to see sales for the day at any time and see the profit for the day.
Must have for multi-store users-
Clovers inventory management is lacking immensely. Shopventory has been the best solution we’ve tried, and we’ve tried a few. With multiple locations and thousands of items, Shopventory has made my life a lot easier. They do frequent updates and seem receptive to feedback. The customer service is great as well. It is very easy to chat with someone and get help quickly. Jean is my go-to! It would be nice if we didn’t need a 3rd party to make Clover do what we need it to do, but I’m glad we found a solution with Shopventory.

We put this software in place to use with our Clover POS system almost a year ago. Our inventory issues have decreased as we are better able to see when and where any losses occur. We are a bar and have many different products for sale. Many drinks are one ingredient shots or glasses of wine, but most are bundled into retail items using many products together like Long Island Iced Tea. Allowing us to sell one Long Island Iced Tea and 4 plus products’ inventory is reduced the exact amount is fantastic! Shopventory continues to adjust and add tools to allow managers to manage any sort of inventory – both for brick and mortar locations to websites. Impressive.
Great all-inclusive inventory app!
We’ve been using the app for a few months now as we built and launched our brick and mortar store. With the complete offering in the app, it provides seamless integration with our POS (Clover). Very intuitive to use. Support has been great, including step by step ramp up guidance, and personalized service. Very patient with a newbie!
Love Shopventory
Great inventory app! Easy to use. Great support. Reasonable cost. They are always finding ways to improve the app based on customer suggestions. We have multiple retail gift shops and we are able to quickly manage our product from purchase orders to sales by location. Reports are great and give me the information I need to manage my business. Very happy with our decision to use Shopventory!

FINALLY, EVERYTHING I NEED IN AN INVENTORY APP

I have tried many inventory apps, each one had something I needed, but none had everything I needed. From the amazing customer service to the scanner app on my phone enables me to receive and reconcile inventory away from my POS, to the rich reporting features…this app has it all for any retail environment. The Shopventory team is amazing and the Shopventory app the answer to years of wishing for that one right inventory control system to meet all my needs.
BEST INVENTORY APP FOR CLOVER
We’ve been using Shopventory for over 1 year and find it 100% the best app for inventory on the market. After hours upon hours of searching for the best and doing trials with other apps as well, you will NOT FIND a better app regardless of price. Create PO’s, find out how much time you have left on products, re-order triggers and so much more! Another awesome thing is they continue to improve their product and are open to suggestions to better their product! MOST IMPORTANT APP FOR US that we utilize as a retail store
The only app I use
I like the clover for basic things like reporting, but for inventory, I do prefer to use Shopventory. It is far easier to add and track my items. I need to track both wholesale pricing and retail pricing and this app makes it easy to do so and it allows me to see price changes over the years. I also use it for much of my monthly reporting and tracking! Very convenient! Great product!!

We’ve been using Shopventory for a year at our bricks and mortar retail locations and couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the team behind it. Shopventory has proven itself to be easy to use, intuitive, and the accompanying customer service is truly first class. Entering inventory and printing barcode labels is a snap, running reports is very straightforward, and managing inventory is painless. When we were first learning to use Shopventory, the customer service team was always on hand to guide us through set up, troubleshoot, and to help us get through the learning curve. Their ongoing support has been awesome. We love their newly developed mobile Dashboard app that sends real-time sales data via text and has other sales information available at a glance. 5 stars all the way!

I have used Shopventory since November 2016. From the very beginning, it has been easy to use. Much easier than the “other app” we were using at the time. You have immediate access to online help simply by clicking a button and the Tech Staff is the best I have ever worked with. You are corresponding with someone right here in the US who is very knowledgeable and attentive. Since I have been using Shopventory, many upgrades and program changes have come into play. They listen to their customers and if possible, make it happen. Sometimes, it does take a while and sometimes it just isn’t feasible. If the change would hinder other customers, they try to find you a way around it. Great company, great employees, great software and, definitely worth a try.
